Kostyn Indexing will provide a custom quote for all indexes. Rates begin at $3.25 for an indexable proof page. The fee for "rush" deadlines will add at least 30% to the final fee. It is important to contact Kostyn Indexing as soon as possible to reserve room in the indexing calendar for your project and to avoid additional rush fees. The index cannot be created until the text has entered the final proof stage and the pages numbers have been assigned. Per-page rates are the common standard; hourly fees are available and range from $35-$55 an hour depending on the nature of the text.
